Kisha Brown is a passionate Black woman entrepreneur mom and cupcake lover with a network that spans both the public and private sectors. As the founder of Justis Connection, she is dedicated to supporting and empowering Black people in whatever aspect especially in the law. She believe in the win-win of utilizing innovative technology to improve the legal matchmaking process to build business for Black lawyers and providing greater access to legal resources for Black people.
She has a proven track record for spearheading initiatives and turnaround efforts to improve underdeveloped and underperforming organizations. Prior to this role, She  served as Director of the Baltimore City Civil Rights Office where she worked her butt off tirelessly advocated for police reform and led the office to a new mantra of empowering, educating and enforcing the City’s civil rights laws. She  thrive in complex and challenging environments.

In addition to her professional pursuits,She loves to mentor young people and provide meaningful internship opportunities. She regularly volunteer and serve on the boards of several nonprofits such as the National Children’s Center, Coppin State University Development Foundation, and the Prince George’s County Social Innovation Fund.

She is a proud graduate of Georgetown University Law Center where She obtained her Juris Doctorate and Wellesley College where She double majoring in Spanish and Political Science. Viva Mi Gente
